Lose The Moobs August ChallengePosted: August 1, 2013
The challenge for August is to swim a half mile every day in August. I plan on swimming during lunchtime during the week and early mornings on the weekends. Each workout should take 20-22 minutes. If work prevents me from swimming, I will make it up the following day. Hopefully, I will hit this every day.
Plan – Swim every day.
Goal – Get some compliments on my man rack.
