The weather has finally warmed up enough to go outside and exercise. After training for the marathon last November, I didn’t want to workout in the cold. I didn’t even get a cold weather, blizzard bike ride completed. After all those morning walking in the 20-30 degree weather, I was done. That cold weather bites you after an hour of exposure.
I am so happy that the weather is getting warmer.
I hit the trail last Saturday to do seven miles and the service road at the mall to do four miles. It was a little windy but not bad.
Today’s Mileage – 4 miles @ 1h05m
Felt good. No leg pain.
