Run Workout for Saturday, September 4th 2010Posted: September 4, 2010
Just an OK run this morning. Nothing to brag about. Today’s scheduled goal was four miles. Had some pain in my left knee and shin. Had to stretch it out about 1.5 miles into the run. Today, I ran a little further than I normally do but at a slower pace. Felt good over all. At least I kept moving. Tomorrow’s goal is 12-14 miles. That adventure should take up much of the late afternoon. Hopefully, I will be able to walk when I am done.
