My son, The Fox, gets his fashion sense from me. But, I bet you know that. That’s also the reason my wife is at a wedding and The Fox and I are staring at the black box, in the kitchen, trying to figure out how to make food.

Today was a good day. Feeling better after the back and leg issues from last weekend. I decided not to drive to the Monon Trail and run the neighborhood. Ran up to the airport to check out the Warbirds event. Then continued around the regional airport. This was the first time for this route. There is a sidewalk/ trail that circles the airport. Tried running as far as I could with minimal walking. That didn’t work out for me. Decided to go back to intervals. That worked.

I am wiped out. I think I pinched a nerve in my back. I got some leg pain.

Overall a good relay. The entire group raised close to $140k through various fundraising efforts.

By Zumba, I mean watching other people do Zumba. Survived the night. Got a some on and off sleep. The only event I missed was kickball. We wanted to enter Barbra Donna in the lip sync contest but felt she had an unfair advantage.
Two more hours.

This lovely “lady” raised $76 in about thirty minutes.

They let me sit in the golf cart. Nine more hours.
